Summit Operations was founded in 2015 by Eastern New Mexico resident James Austin Miller with a straightforward mission: to provide dependable, high-quality septic services to the people and communities he calls home.
Built on faith, family, and a community-first mindset, Summit Operations began as a local septic service company focused on doing quality work and treating customers like neighbors. Those same values continue to guide the company today.
As the needs of the region grew, so did Summit Operations. Over the past decade, we've expanded our capabilities, invested in modern equipment, and earned MS03, GB98, and GF09 contractor licenses to take on increasingly complex projects.
What began with septic services has grown into a full-service operation capable of supporting residential, commercial, municipal, and large-scale public projects. Our ability to mobilize experienced crews and equipment allows us to adapt to the demands of each job while maintaining the local accountability Summit Operations was built on.
Summit Operations is proud to employ more than 40 local residents, including Tribal members, and we make it a priority to keep labor, hauling, processing, and subcontracted work within the county and surrounding region whenever possible.
For us, being a local company means more than working here. It means supporting local families, investing in our communities, and taking pride in the work we leave behind. Whether we're working for a homeowner or supporting a major public project, we bring the same commitment to dependable work, safety, and respect for the people and communities we serve.
